Protect your Norway Springs water treatment system with our worry-free maintenance program that we call the “Freedom Plan”! We call it this because it allows you as the home owner the freedom to enjoy your clean water, while letting us service and repair your system for you!

Regular Maintenance
As a Freedom Plan subscriber, you’ll receive automatic service visits every six months to maintain your equipment and test your water. Heading out for the season? We can also winterize or summerize your system to keep everything running smoothly.
Repairs
In the unlikely event that your equipment needs repairs between your six-month service visits, all labor and parts are covered for you under the Freedom Plan. The only items not covered are media, salt, or chemicals.
Extended Warranty
Being on the freedom plan also extends the warranty past the manufacture warranty. As long as you stay on the freedom plan, your warranty will extend to 25 years!
What We Do
- Test your water (raw, treated cold, and treated hot)
- Replace the brine injector.
- Clean the brine screen.
- Replace the back-up battery.
- Change any filters.
- Verify proper settings.
- Check all connections.
- Inspect and clean salt tank.
- Verify proper brine suction.
- Add system cleaners if applicable.
If interested in being a Freedom Plan customer for your water filtration needs, we would first come to your home and do a full paid service visit to evaluate your system, if the system is able to be put on our Freedom Plan we would then proceed with getting you started on our Freedom Plan and servicing your filtration system.
