Like most people in the Upper Peninsula, you sometimes worry about water quality, especially for your children. Levels of chlorine and other contaminants can affect the taste, smell, and even safety of your drinking water.
For your health and taste preferences, we offer two different types of water—artesian water, which comes from the Norway Aquifer right here in Norway, Michigan, and purified water, which is municipal water treated by reverse osmosis. Prior to delivery, both types of water are tested hourly.

Budget Plan

Per Month
This plan saves you $55 annually and includes:
- Hot & cold water cooler rental
- Up to 2 bottles every 4 weeks
- Deposit of $6.00 per bottle at setup is required.
- Great for the one- to three-person office, small families, and those living alone.
- One year commitment and autopay required
- Extra bottle of water (over plan limit) is at regular retail price.
Thirsty Plan

Per Month
This plan saves you $230 annually and includes:
- Hot & cold water cooler rental
- Up to 6 bottles every 4 weeks
- Deposit of $6.00 per bottle at setup is required.
- Great for more than 5 people in the office or a home, this plan starts saving you money once you put the 5th bottle on the cooler.
- One year commitment and autopay required
- Extra bottle of water (over plan limit) is at regular retail price.

- Artesian water $9.70, per bottle; purified Pristina water, $9.50 per bottle.
- No time commitment - can cancel at any time for any reason

Norway Springs also carries cases of 20 oz. purified water. These are sold as 24 packs and delivered right to your home or office.
A $2 delivery fee will be applied to each delivery and reflected on your invoice.
Payment and Plan Options
We offer several convenient payment options:
- Auto Pay: We can automatically process your payment each month. You may choose to have your credit or debit card charged on the 1st, or schedule an ACH withdrawal from your checking or savings account on the 4th or 15th.
- Online Payments: You can pay your bill anytime through the My Account tab. Please note that service fees apply to this method.
- Phone Payments: Call our office to make a payment directly.
Month-to-Month
Not crazy about signing on with one of our annual plans, no worries, you can just take our services month-to-month – whether it be renting a cooler on a monthly basis, or, being a Water Only customer if you own your own water cooler.
Custom Delivery Schedules
Don’t think you can drink 2 of our 5 gallon bottles a month, that’s ok, we can put you on variety of delivery schedules, 4, 8 or 12 week cycles or you can be a WILL CALL customer! We try to accommodate all of our customers, not every is the same!,
How Much Water Do I Need?
Generally, a typical family of three to four people will consume an average of 3 to 4 of our 5-gallon bottles per month. Seasonality plays a role, so that during the winter and summer, water consumption tends to increase somewhat, while in the early spring and late fall, it tends to go down. Uses beyond just drinking, such as cooking, pets, and coffee, can also add to your monthly water consumption. For commercial customers, we generally recommend a 5-gallon bottle for every two employees. Once your staff exceeds 12 people or so, we generally recommend a second cooler as well.
About Our Coolers
All of our water coolers come equipped with both hot and cold water spigots. The hot water temperature is hot enough for soups, teas, hot chocolate and coffee, a welcome treat during the UP’s cold winter days. The cold water is chilled to around 42° F, providing welcome relief on the hottest of summer days. Should anything ever go wrong with your rental cooler, we have we will swap it out with a replacement at our earliest chance, which may be your next delivery – no charge to you.
